They have been an amazing partner to us and we look forward to showcasing their complex to you all!

Participant Wristbands

Managers: If you are unable to attend the Field Day, you can assign a representative to pick up the team's bag.

Safety & Security

As always, ASANA is committed to the Safety & Security of all our participants. We have heard your specific concerns for this year:

  • Hired outside security officers to be onsite at the fields

  • Liaised with local law enforcement for routine patrols

  • Prioritized the concerns of our members with our Host Hotels

  • Sought inclusive venues for our official events.

Outside of ASANA events, we encourage everyone to research safe travel practices, know the areas they are traveling to, and be aware of the established LGBTQ+ resources in the destinations they visit.

Wristbands - Who's Who

Wristbands are a way to visually identify everyone associated with our event. This should provide everyone in attendance of our official events and at the ballpark with the assurance that if a person is wearing an ASANA Wristband they are a part of our festivities.
